its a tough one...

i know last week you were all dying without our weekly would you rather... but it was my baby girls bday and i decided her tribute triumphed.
so i thought i'd take us to a more serious topic for our would you rather thursday, and to be honest i think i'm still undecided on this one....

would you rather be known as the most generous person or the most faithful person?

and of course... why?

I think I would rather be known as the most generous person. I can't really explain why. But perhaps I feel like others would more likely be able to see my genorosity over my faithfulness. Those that I am faithful to would always expect me to be faithful to them by virture of our relationship. So I feel like the genorosity is a little more above and beyond any expectations. I don't know.... Hard one Holly.

if by faithful you mean loyal or reliable - then i'm going to have to go with faithful. while i think it would be nice to be known as a generous person, i think it's even better to always be there for someone in a loyal/reliable kind of way.

Hands down faithful...there aren't many things in life you can count on for sure! I'm fortunate to have a couple friends in life that I consider faithful and it really is a priceless attribute.

it is a tough one. i started to define what i meant by faithful, but then felt like i thought people should interpret it the way they like. i tend to lean more towards being known as generous. its interesting to me that erin and emily would choose faithful, b/c i have 3 friends who i would describe as incredibly loyal and faithful and you guys are two of the three. also, it seems as though you guys picked faithful, b/c generosity is something that comes so naturally to you. i don't know, its def interesting, or at least us three think so...
thanks for all your comments tee, its fun to have you back even the mix even if its only in the blog world!

i'm going with generous b/c it seems more like a heart choice than faithful- faithful seems like it could be more duty driven & not out of love whereas being generous seems more like a heart thing- like a love thing. does that make sense?
